- If you have concerns about your drinking habits, seek professional help
- DrinkSense is not a substitute for professional medical care or treatment programs
7. Data and Content
Your Content
You retain ownership of all data you enter into DrinkSense (drink logs, notes, etc.). By using the app, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Our Content
All content, features, and functionality of DrinkSense (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are owned by PureMCC Labs and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but:
- The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
- We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for data loss (though we implement reasonable backup practices)
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (currently free)

11. Termination
